Shipping & Returns

 

RETURN POLICY

You must return items in new, unused condition with all original materials included with the shipment within 21 days of delivery with a RMA Number (Return Merchandise Authorization) for a refund. We cannot accept item(s) that appear worn, washed, ironed, or contain odors like perfume, cologne, tobacco. If an item is returned under unsellable conditions, a up to 30% restocking fee will be deducted on your refund.

If the return is a result of our error (you received a defective item), we'll refund the full cost of the merchandise. Shipping fees are non-refundable both ways with the exception of shipping error from our Shipping Department. Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs. Please contact us for a RMA number any time you need to return item/s back to us, any item returned back to us without a RMA number will NOT be processed for refund.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

 

REFUND POLICY
We inspect all returned items when they arrive at our processing facility. We refund the full cost of the merchandise and all original shipping charges if your return is a result of our error from our Shipping Department.

If the return is not a result of our error and you initiate a return of an unworn merchandise in original condition with tags attached within 21 days of delivery,* we refund the full cost of the merchandise minus the original shipping charge.

If you return an item that has been opened or shows signs of wear, we will issue a partial refund minus original shipping charge.

If the requested exchange item is not available, the original credit card used will be credited.

 

SHIPPING
When you place an order, we'll provide real time order status on our site, you may use your e-mail and password to login and check your order status. Once your order is shipped, we will provide tracking number that allows you to track your order if the shipping method is UPS. In most of the cases, you should receive your order within 5-7 days after you placed the order.

We Ship through UPS/USPS depending on the item you order. Fixed ground shipping rate is $9.

Free Ground Shipping On Orders over $150.

 

 

EXCHANGE

In any case if you need an exchange, we'll be happy to assist you; however, buyers are responsiable for all shipping costs. Exchange will requires RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Please contact us for your RMA number.

If we send you a replacement item, we must receive the unworn merchandise in original condition with tags attached in our warehouse within 21 days of the date you initiate the return. Otherwise, we will charge you full price for the replacement item.

If the requested exchange item is not available, the original credit card used will be credited.
